2.5 liang of Zhongru, 2.5 liang of Yuyuliang, 2.5 liang of Purple Quartz, 2.5 liang of Licorice, 2.5 liang of Astragalus, 2 liang of Gypsum, 2 liang of White Quartz,2 liang Sichuan pepper, 2 liang dried ginger, 2 liang 6 zhu mugwort, 1.5 liang angelica root, 1.5 liang cinnamon bark, 1.5 liang ligusticum root, 1.5 liang magnolia bark, 1.5 liang cypress seed, 1.5 liang dried rehmannia root, 1.5 liang asarum root,Poria 1.5 liang, Schisandra 1.5 liang, Dragon Bone 1.5 liang, Dendrobium 30 zhu, Polygala 30 zhu, Ginseng 30 zhu, Dipsacus 30 zhu, Atractylodes 30 zhu, Saposhnikovia 30 zhu, Aconite 30 zhu, Cornus 1 liang,1 liang of Aster tataricus, 18 zhu of Angelica dahurica, 18 zhu of Ligusticum chuanxiong, 18 zhu of Cnidium monnieri (The *Qianjin Yi* includes 2 liang of Yangqishi).

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey, and form into pills the size of a paulownia seed.
