Drug Formulation

Cinnabar (water-floated) half liang, Pinellia (washed in hot water to remove slipperiness, roasted, and ground into powder) 1 liang, Anemarrhena (roasted and ground into powder) 1 liang, Aconite (roasted until cracked, then ground into powder) 1 liang, Croton seed (remove skin and inner membrane, grind into a paste, spread on a new tile, and collect the white residue) 3 qian.

Processing

Mix all ingredients except cinnabar thoroughly; form into pills the size of peas using steamed buns soaked in hot water; coat with cinnabar.
