Drug Formulation
1 liang of sulfur, 1 liang of mercury (combined with sulfur to form cinnabar), 1 liang of native copper, 1 liang of realgar, 1 liang of cinnabar, 1 liang of lead frost, 1 liang of barium sulfate, 1 liang of yellow lead oxide, 1 liang of sodium carbonate (Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, place them in a porcelain jar, seal it tightly with paper-fiber-reinforced salt clay,drill one hole in the lid, seal the edges with clay, and wait until completely dry. Use 3 jin of charcoal fire to gradually expel all Yin energy; seal the hole tightly with clay. Continue burning with 10 jin of charcoal until the contents turn completely red. Processing
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Add the previously prepared herbal powders and borneol, then grind everything together until uniformly fine. Mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a chicken’s egg.
