Drug Formulation

2 Trichosanthes fruits (charred until only the essence remains), 2 hedgehog skins (chopped into small pieces and charred in a pot until only the essence remains), 5 liang cockscomb flowers (chopped and lightly roasted), 15 walnut kernels (oil-free; charred in a pot until only the essence remains), 2 liang white alum (dried),2 liang of green alum (calcined), 2 liang of white Aconite (raw), 2 liang of Tiannanxing (raw), 2 liang of Trifoliate Orange Peel (pulp removed, stir-fried with wheat bran), 2 liang of Aconite (skin and navel removed, raw), 2 liang of Chebulic Myrobalan (baked, skin removed), and 2 liang of Pinellia (raw).

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder; mix with a paste made from flour boiled in vinegar to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use

Take 20 pills per dose on an empty stomach or before bedtime, washed down with warm wine. For conditions that have persisted for years without healing, results will be seen after 10 days of treatment; long-term use will permanently eliminate the root cause. For conditions such as intestinal wind that have lasted 1–2 years, 10 doses will cure the condition.
