Drug Formulation

Peppermint (cleaned leaves) 2 liang, Asparagus root 1 liang, Ophiopogon tuber 1 liang, Dried tangerine peel 1 liang, Dried Scutellaria root 1 liang, Platycodon root 5 qian, Licorice root 5 qian, Winterflower 5 qian, Fritillary bulb 5 qian.

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into an extremely fine powder. Separately, use 5 qian each of soft gypsum (calcined), genuine indigo powder, Trichosanthes seed (oil removed, pounded into a powder), sea stone, black alum, and borax (all ground separately), 1 liang of persimmon frost (sifted clean), 5 fen of borneol, and the flesh of 10 black plums (washed, steamed, and pounded). Mix thoroughly, then combine with refined honey to form pills the size of a marble.
