Drug Formulation

1 liang of duckweed, 1 liang of Sichuan Cimicifuga, 1 liang of Phellodendron bark, 1 liang of licorice (half used raw).

Processing

Finely chop the ingredients, mix thoroughly, and combine with 1 jin of lard in a silver pot. Simmer over low heat until reduced to half a jin, then strain out the residue; the ointment is ready.
