4 chebulic myrobalan fruits (roasted), half liang of Morinda officinalis (roasted), half liang of black pharbitis (raw), 3 qian of licorice (raw), and 49 red adzuki beans (raw).

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, then form into pills the size of mung beans using wheat flour paste.
