Raw Rehmannia (roasted), Prepared Rehmannia (roasted), Asparagus Root, Ophiopogon Tuber (each with core removed, roasted),Loquat leaves (hairs removed), Scutellaria baicalensis (heart removed), Dendrobium (stems removed), Zhi Ke (fried with wheat bran, pith removed), Licorice (chopped, fried), and Artemisia capillaris leaves—all in equal parts.

Instructions for Use
Take 2 qian per dose, boil with 1 zhan of water until reduced to 8 fen, and drink warm after meals; for loose teeth and foul-smelling, hot gums, rinse the mouth with the decoction and then swallow it.
Note
This formula is not suitable for individuals with a constitutional Yang deficiency, chronic ulcers that are slow to heal, cold limbs, soreness in the lower back and knees, and clear urine. Symptoms such as a pale tongue with tooth marks and a deep, fine pulse—indicating kidney Yang deficiency, Yin damage leading to Yang excess, water failing to nourish fire, and deficient fire rising upward—are contraindications for this formula.
