Dodder Seed (simmered in wine) 1.5 liang, White Poria (peeled and woody parts removed) 1 liang, Chinese Yam (steamed in wine) 1 liang, Achyranthes Root (stem removed, washed in wine) 1 liang, Eucommia Bark (washed in wine, peeled, and roasted with ghee) 1 liang, Angelica Root (washed in wine) 1 liang,Cistanche (soaked in wine) 1 liang, Schisandra (stems removed) 1 liang, Amomum (stir-fried in salt water) 1 liang, Young Deer Antler (roasted with ghee) 1 liang, Prepared Rehmannia (steamed with wine) 3 liang,Cornus officinalis (steamed with wine, pitted) 3 liang, Morinda officinalis (soaked in wine, core removed) 2 liang, Dipsacus asper (soaked in wine) 1.5 liang, Polygala tenuifolia (processed) 1.5 liang, Cnidium monnieri (roasted, husk removed) 1.5 liang, Ginseng 2 liang, Lycium barbarum 3 liang.

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use

Take 50–70 pills per dose on an empty stomach with salted water; wine may also be used. Take another dose before bedtime. For elderly women whose menstrual cycles have ceased—as this is the period for conceiving—the formula may be taken three times daily.
