The dosage of these pills should be determined based on the severity of the tobacco addiction. For example, if one’s addiction is equivalent to 1 qian of tobacco, take 1 qian of the medicine. After taking the medicine, one’s vitality will gradually increase, and one will naturally develop an aversion to tobacco, with no adverse effects whatsoever. For mild addictions lasting 2–3 years, the addiction will be cured within half a month; for long-standing addictions, it will be eradicated within 25 days. After overcoming the addiction, if one still feels weak, take one dose of the “Bai Bu Yang Yuan” pills.
