12 Gardenias, half a sheng of fermented soybeans, 1 liang of Cinnamon Twig, 1 liang of Ephedra.

Instructions for Use

Coarsely crush the ingredients. Add 3 sheng of water and decoct until reduced to 2 sheng; add the fermented soybeans, reduce to 1.5 sheng, strain out the residue, and drink 1 zhan while warm. Keep warm and covered to induce a light sweat; recovery will follow.
