8 liang of Prepared Rehmannia, 6 liang of Winter White Atractylodes, 6 liang of Angelica sinensis, 6 liang of Goji berries, 4 liang of Eucommia (stir-fried with wine), 4 liang of Curculigo (soaked in wine for 1 day), 4 liang of Morinda root (soaked in licorice decoction), 4 liang of Cornus fruit, 4 liang of Epimedium (stir-fried with mutton fat), 4 liang of Chive seeds (stir-fried until golden),Cistanche (washed with wine, stem removed) 4 liang, Cnidium seeds (lightly stir-fried) 2 liang, Aconite root (processed) 2 liang, Cinnamon bark 2 liang.
