Drug Formulation

1 liang of crane lice, 1 liang of Aconite root (roasted until cracked, with skin and pith removed), 1 liang of Wolf’s Tooth, 1 liang of Areca nut, 1 liang of dried lacquer (crushed and stir-fried until smoke rises), 1 liang of White Atractylodes, 1 liang of Licorice root (roasted until slightly reddish, then coarsely chopped), 1 liang of aged tangerine peel (soaked in hot water, white pith removed, then baked),3 fen of dried ginger (cracked and chopped), 3 fen of Evodia fruit (soaked in boiling water 7 times, dried in an oven, and lightly stir-fried), 1.5 liang of wolf’s-tooth (chopped, mixed with vinegar, and stir-fried until yellow).

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey, and form into pills the size of a paulownia seed.
