Drug Formulation

7 Tianjiang seeds (those containing seeds should be lightly roasted), 2–7 cicada molts, 1 qian of ox bile (finely ground), 1 qian of indigo powder (finely ground), 3 earthworms (lightly roasted),1 qian of toad venom (ground into the mixture), half a liang of cinnabar (finely ground and washed with water), half a liang of Fangfeng (root, with the root tip removed), 1 sheet of silkworm paper (burned to ash), 1 qian of musk (finely ground), and half a liang of black snake (soaked in wine, with skin and bones removed, then roasted until yellow).

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey, and form into pills the size of millet grains.
