Ginseng (may be omitted) 6 qian, Red Poria 6 qian, White Atractylodes 6 qian, Talc 2 liang, Platycodon 2 liang, Honeysuckle 2 liang, Schizonepeta Spikes 5 qian, Gardenia 5 qian, Angelica 1 liang,Chuanxiong, Astragalus, Red Peony Root, Atractylodes, Ephedra, Rhubarb, Scutellaria, Fangfeng, Licorice, Peppermint, Forsythia, Gypsum, and Sodium Silicate (omit this if Amomum is added).

For boils and carbuncles on the back, mastitis, carbuncles, swollen and toxic sores, as well as all types of malignant sores and abscesses, and swelling and pain in the throat.

Instructions for Use

Coarsely crush the ingredients. Take 5 qian per dose; boil with 1 bowl of water and 1 scallion white until hot, then drink. Continue until sweating occurs. It is ideal if 3–5 bowel movements occur after taking the decoction; for severe conditions, no more than 3–5 doses are needed, after which the toxin will be completely eliminated from the body.
