5 liang of Coptis, 5 liang of Poria, half a liang of Polygonum multiflorum (lightly roasted), half a liang of Acorus.

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder; mix with a paste of wine and wheat flour to form pills the size of a paulownia seed.
