Soak the affected hands and feet in the vinegar solution for several tens of minutes each day, depending on circumstances, with a cumulative soaking time of at least 24 hours.

For nail fungus and more severe cases, the soaking time must be extended. Do not use soap alkali during the treatment period; for nail fungus, thin the affected nail before soaking again. It is best to perform this treatment during the hot summer months.
