Drug Formulation

1 liang of ginseng (sliced, roasted until dry), 1 liang 5 qian of bleached Atractylodes (sliced, stir-fried with earth), 1 liang of Poria cocos (sliced, mixed with ginger juice, steamed, and sun-dried), 1 liang of Guangpi (stir-fried with wine),Pharmaceutical Pinellia 1 liang, Acorus tatarinowii 5 qian (select those with 9 nodes, sliced), White Angelica 1 liang (washed in wine, sun-dried, sliced), Green-processed Cinnamon 5 qian (remove the woody bark; do not use Jinxun cinnamon), Hangzhou White Peony 1 liang (fried in wine), White Cardamom Seeds (fried in wine) 1 liang, Bleached Atractylodes (stir-fried with black sesame seeds) 1 liang,Southern Frankincense 5 qian (avoid heat), Genuine Dragon Bone 1 liang (calcined over fire, quenched in vinegar, ground into powder, washed with water, sun-dried, and 5 qian taken), Red Gold Foil 30 sheets, Mirror-Surface Sand 3 qian (ground into powder, washed with water, sun-dried, and ground for use).

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a longan seed, coat with cinnabar, affix a sheet of gold foil, dry in the sun, and store in a porcelain jar.

Instructions for Use
