Drug Formulation

4 liang of Eclipta Prostrata Paste, half a jin of Polygonum multiflorum (raw), 4 liang of Mastic, 4 liang of Asparagus root (core removed, pounded into a paste), 4 liang of Ophiopogon root (core removed, pounded into a paste),2 liang of lotus seeds, 4 liang of ramie seeds (roasted on a new tile until fragrant), 4 liang of walnut kernels (shelled), 4 liang of fish bladders (cut into pieces and stir-fried in a pan until they form beads), half a jin of fresh Rehmannia root (pounded to extract juice), 4 liang of prepared Rehmannia root (pounded into a paste), and 4 liang of Sophora japonica pods (soaked in black ox bile and baked dry on a tile).

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use

Take 70–80 pills per dose, dissolved in salt water or rice wine on an empty stomach.
