Aconite (roasted, with skin and navel removed) half liang, Sichuan pepper (seeds removed, stir-fried until sweating) half liang, areca nut half liang, tangerine peel (white pith removed) 1 liang, pharbitis (lightly stir-fried) 1 liang, schisandra 1 liang, acorus 1 liang, dried ginger (roasted) 1 liang.

Processing
Coarsely chop the ingredients; place them in a porcelain vessel with good-quality rice vinegar and simmer over alternating low and high heat until dry. Roast to produce a fine powder. Form into pills the size of a paulownia seed using a paste made from vinegar-cooked flour.

Instructions for Use
Take 30 pills per dose, swallowed on an empty stomach before meals with salted wine or salted broth. For women with a cold Blood Sea, take with Angelica wine; for diarrhea, take with rice or water; for cold dysentery, take with ginger broth; for bloody dysentery, take with licorice broth.
