Drug Formulation
2 liang 4 qian of Da Pi Sha (grind raw to a very fine powder, wash with water until clean, and grind until no sound is heard; use as ash), 2 liang 4 qian of Waio Huang (grind raw to a very fine powder, wash with water until clean, and grind until no sound is heard), 2 liang 4 qian of Gong Dingxiang (grind raw to a very fine powder), 2 liang 4 qian of Guang Mu Xiang (sun-dried, grind to a very fine powder),Toad Venom 2 liang 4 qian (dissolved in high-quality rice wine, then pounded into the mixture), Pearl 2 qian (ground raw to an extremely fine powder until no sound is heard), Genuine Amber 8 qian (ground raw to an extremely fine powder until no sound is heard), Young Peppermint 1 liang (kept in one’s bosom until crisp and brittle, then ground finely), Maocangzhu 2 liang 4 qian (coarse bark removed, ground raw to an extremely fine powder),Water-floated talc 2 liang 4 qian (ground until no sound is heard), brocade-patterned rhubarb 4 liang 8 qian (sun-dried, ground extremely fine), Dangmenzi musk 6 qian (ground fine and mixed evenly just before combining all the powdered ingredients), mica 4 qian (calcined, ground fine), wulingzhi 6 qian (ground fine, washed with wine, sand removed, sun-dried, then ground again).

Processing
Grind each of the above herbs into an extremely fine powder—the finer, the better. Then weigh out precise portions in liang, mix thoroughly, and use a mortar and pestle to mix with toad venom soaked in high-quality distilled spirits to form pills the size of radish seeds. Coat them with water-floated cinnabar, sift them through a bowl or sieve, rub and roll them until smooth and firm, dry them in the sun, and store them in a porcelain jar.

Instructions for Use
Take 7 pills per dose; for severe cases, take up to 3 doses. When taking this elixir, hold it on the center of the tongue until it dissolves on its own; once a numbing sensation appears on the tongue, then swallow it. For uncontrollable diarrhea, take 21 pills with Agastache Decoction.
