Instructions for Use

Coarsely crush the ingredients. Using 3 dou of water, first boil the duck gizzards and bamboo leaves until reduced to 1 dou 2 sheng; strain out the residue and clarify the liquid, retaining 1 dou. Add the herbs and boil until reduced to 3 sheng; divide into 3 doses.
