Drug Formulation

Half liang of powdered wax-processed tea, half liang of cloves, half liang of areca nut, half liang of green tangerine peel (white pith removed, sliced, and stir-fried), half liang of frankincense, half liang of cardamom (husk removed, stir-fried), 3–7 seeds of croton (husk, seed coat, and membrane removed; ground to extract oil), and 2 liang of dried black plum pulp (stir-fried).

Processing

Grind all ingredients except the croton seeds into a fine powder, then mix thoroughly. Form into pills the size of mung beans using vinegar paste.

Take 3–5 pills per dose, washed down with warm ginger soup after meals in the morning and evening.
