4 qian of Codonopsis, 6 fen of Aconite, 2 qian of Angelica sinensis, 3 qian of Poria, 1 qian of Atractylodes macrocephala, 1 qian of Atractylodes lancea, 1 qian 5 fen of Polygonum multiflorum, 2 qian of Eucommia, 2 qian of Dipsacus asper, 1 qian of Dehua, 2 qian of Achyranthes bidentata, 5 red dates, and 3 slices of ginger.
