Drug Formulation
3 qian of white arsenic (boil the arsenic in mung bean water, place it in a jar for 5 sticks of incense to burn, then remove and boil it with white radish before adding to the formula), 3 qian of calcined cold water stone, 3 qian of hundred-herb ash, 2 dried centipedes (roasted), 120 large black beans, 1 fen of borneol, and 1 fen of musk.

Processing
Grind the above ingredients into an extremely fine powder and mix thoroughly. Take 4 liang of small red dates, boil them until tender, remove the skins and pits, then pound them together with the powder to form pills the size of peas.

Instructions for Use
Take 2 pills at a time, washed down with cold water or tea, three times daily. When taking this medicine, if swelling occurs around the mouth or eyes, it indicates the medicine is taking effect; pause for one day before resuming. For the black beans, use them raw: soak in cold water until soft, remove the skins, and crush them. Add red date pulp and mix into pills until the mixture holds together; there is no need to make too many. Adding 2–3 fen of Western Huang is even more effective.For all stubborn sores caused by accumulated toxins, first take the Five Treasures Pill or Eight Treasures Pill; this medicine must be used to complete the treatment, ensuring the condition never recurs.
Note
Avoid hot soups and broths; instead, eat hearty, meaty dishes to prevent digestive discomfort.
