Drug Formulation

6 bitter cloves (or 5 fen in weight), 1 qian white cloves, 5 fen powdered Sophora flavescens, 1 qian red adzuki beans, 1 qian knife-grinding slurry (preferably made from green stone; also known as Longquan powder), 7 large blister beetles (heads and legs removed, stir-fried), and 1 qian white silkworm pupae (silk and mouthparts removed, stir-fried).
