Drug Formulation

Cinnamon Twig (with coarse bark removed) 1 liang, Ephedra (with roots and nodes removed) 1 liang, Gypsum 1 liang, Dried Ginger (roasted) 1 liang, White Atractylodes (raw) 1 liang, Wild Atractylodes (soaked in rice water, stir-fried with wheat bran) 1 liang.

Grind the above ingredients into a coarse powder.

Instructions for Use

Take 3 qian per dose; add 1 zhan of water, 3 slices of fresh ginger, 2 cun of scallion white, and 7 black soybeans. Decoct together until reduced to 8 fen; strain and take while hot, regardless of the time of day.
