Instructions for Use

Take 1 dou of water; first boil the Ephedra until the volume is reduced by 2 sheng, skim off the foam, then add the remaining herbs. Boil until the volume is reduced to 3 sheng, strain, and take 1 sheng while warm, three times daily.
