Dang Gui, Chuan Xiong, Red Peony Root, Raw Rehmannia Root, Xiang Fu, and Fried Licorice Root—each in equal parts; Cinnamon Bark reduced by half; Roasted Ginger reduced by half.

Instructions for Use

Coarsely crush the ingredients. Decoct in water; the nursing mother should take it after a meal. Shortly thereafter, express the previous day’s milk and let the infant suckle it.
