1 green bamboo stalk, table salt.

Processing

Cut the green bamboo into sections, leaving the nodes intact. Cut off one end, fill it tightly with table salt, and plug the opening with damp paper. Wrap each section in two layers of damp coarse paper and place it in the stove. After cooking rice, let it simmer thoroughly in the ashes. Remove the paper and bamboo ash, grind the pure salt into a fine powder, refill the bamboo with the salt, and repeat the process. Do this three times in total. Remove the residual heat and grind the mixture into a fine powder.
