Instructions for Use

The above constitutes one dose; decoct in water to yield 100 milliliters. Take 50 milliliters orally twice daily. For those who are more than 25% overweight, the dose may be increased to 1.5 doses per day, or 150 milliliters.

Note

Daily intake of staple foods should generally not exceed 1 jin.
