Instructions for Use

Add 1 qian of mung beans to the above formula; decoct with 2 zhong of water until reduced to 8 fen; take while hot after meals.

Note

Avoid white radish, Chinese chives, garlic, pepper, dried shrimp, fresh shrimp, beef, mutton, pig’s head, goose, donkey, rooster, all seafood, and any foods that have been pan-fried, stir-fried, roasted, or braised.
