8 liang of prepared rehmannia root, 8 liang of ophiopogon tuber, 8 liang of goji berries, 6 liang of Polygonum multiflorum, 6 liang of achyranthes root, 6 liang of longan flesh, 6 liang of black dates, 4 liang of ginseng, 4 liang of astragalus root, 4 liang of white atractylodes, 4 liang of asparagus root, and 2 liang of Guangdong tangerine peel.
