4 liang of white mulberry bark, 2 liang of Schisandra berries, 2 liang of licorice (roasted), 2 liang of dried tangerine peel, 1 jin of millet husks (remove the stems and membranes; soak in vinegar for three nights, then sun-dry; repeat the soaking and drying process).
