3 sheng of yellow cow’s milk, 1 liang of sulfur (ground into a fine powder).

Instructions for Use

First, simmer the cow’s milk until it is reduced by half. For each dose, take 5 he of the milk, mix in 2 qian of finely ground sulfur powder, and consume after blending well. After taking the dose, cover yourself with thick clothing and bedding to induce sweating; avoid exposure to drafts. Take one more dose at noon and another in the late afternoon. If sweating occurs, no further doses are needed; if the condition has not fully resolved, the treatment may be repeated after 3–5 days.
