1 fen of soapberry, 1 fen of Asarum, 1 fen of Magnolia flower, 1 fen of Sichuan pepper (remove the seeds and any closed pods; lightly roast to remove the oil), 1 fen of Aconite root (roasted until cracked, with skin and pith removed).

Instructions for Use

Take half a qian of the mixture, wrap it in cotton, and insert it into the nostril; alternatively, a small amount may be blown into the nostril.
