Drug Formulation

Asparagus root (with core removed) half liang, Prepared Rehmannia root half liang, Ginseng (with root stalk removed) half liang, Phellodendron bark 3 liang, Amomum fruit 1.5 liang, Licorice root 7.5 qian (roasted).

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with water paste to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use

Take 50 pills on an empty stomach. Prepare half liang of Cistanche, sliced into pieces, and soak in one large cup of wine overnight. The next day, decoct for 3–4 boils, strain out the residue, and use the liquid to swallow the pills.
