Instructions for Use

Take the above single ingredient, boil it in 5 shi of water until reduced to 1 shi, then strain out the residue; continue boiling until reduced to 3 dou, then simmer in a double-boiler within a copper vessel until it reaches the consistency of thick sugar, and transfer it to an airtight container. Each morning, take 1 bi with 1 zhan of wine, twice daily. Ensure the aroma of the wine persists between doses.
