2 liang of ephedra root, 2 liang of lycium bark, and 2 liang of Aconitum carmichaeli.

Instructions for Use

Add 2 liang of Magnolia bark, grind into a fine powder. For each use, take 1 liang of the mixture, 1 bucket of water, 1 he of Sichuan pepper, 30 scallions, and 1 liang of mugwort. Boil for about 10 boils, then add 1 bowl of rice vinegar. Strain out the residue. In a well-sealed room, first wipe the limbs with a cloth soaked in the solution; when the water is warm, bathe in it until sweat beads form all over the body and face. Rest in the room for one hour; the sweat will subside only after this. Bathe once every 5 days.
