Processing

Prepare according to the method, weigh the ingredients precisely, grind into an extremely fine powder, and store in small bottles. Each bottle contains 1 fen 5 li as one dose; seal the bottle with wax, ensuring no air escapes.

Benefits

For falls, crush injuries, blows, knife wounds, slashed throats, hanging, freezing to death, drowning, and death by lightning strike; injuries from firearms or wooden objects resulting in extensive lacerations; fractures, severed tendons, protruding intestines, and cerebrospinal fluid leakage.

Instructions for Use

Upon encountering an injured person, immediately administer one bottle mixed with good-quality yellow wine; for those who can tolerate alcohol, drinking more is even better, as it helps the stagnant blood flow downward. For children, reduce the dose by half. For severe injuries, administer 3–5 doses; for minor injuries, 1–2 doses. The effect is immediate. In the case of life-threatening injuries, apply several bottles as a poultice as deemed appropriate; the effect will be even faster. For non-life-threatening injuries, do not apply a poultice.

Note

For victims of hypothermia, place them in a warm room—keep them away from direct heat—and pad the area with plenty of rice straw, cotton quilts, and mattresses. For drowning victims, ensure they expel any water from their lungs. For those with a slit throat, support the head upright and close the wound. Mix equal parts of raw rosin and raw Pinellia in equal proportions, grind them into a very fine powder, and apply a thick layer tightly around the wound. Apply a medicated plaster over it, wrapping it securely around the surrounding healthy tissue as well. Then wrap it with a cloth strip and sew it shut with thread; the wound will heal completely within one month; For cases of prolapsed intestines, heat a basin of good vinegar—it must not be too hot, nor should it be cool—and use a brazier to support the intestines while washing them. As you wash, gently push them back into place. Apply an ordinary medicated plaster mixed with this formula to the wound; for drowning victims and those who have hanged themselves, do not allow the body to lose its vitality. In all the above cases, administer one bottle of the medicine immediately. After revival or once the injury has healed, the patient must strictly avoid drafts and, above all, abstain from sexual activity and emotional distress.
