Honeysuckle 2 liang, Angelica sinensis 1 liang, Chuanxiong 3 qian, Gentiana root 3 qian, Prunella vulgaris 3 qian (to regulate the Liver and Gallbladder meridians, clear internal heat, and disperse stagnant qi),Gardenia (roasted), 1 qian (to clear heat from the Triple Energizer); White Angelica, 1 qian (since the Yangming meridian is also interconnected with the Shaoyang meridian, and the properties of the other herbs do not ascend on their own, this is used to direct the action upward to the head and face to dispel wind-heat); Lotus Leaf, 1 qian (to regulate the Jueyin and Shaoyang meridians and ascend to clear wind-heat from the head and eyes).
