Drug Formulation

Musk (ground separately) half liang, Frankincense half liang, Agarwood half liang, Cloves half liang, Cardamom (shelled) half liang, Cinnabar (ground separately) half liang, Areca Nut (roasted and chopped) 1 liang,Cinnamon (with coarse bark removed) 1 liang, Magnolia Bark (with coarse bark removed, coated with ginger juice and roasted) 1 liang, Frankincense (simmered in ginger juice until soft, allowed to cool, then ground separately into a paste) 1 liang, Pinellia (washed 7 times in hot water, sliced, roasted until dry, pounded into powder, mixed with ginger juice to form cakes, roasted until dry, then pounded separately into powder) 1 liang.

Processing

Grind all the above herbs into a powder, except for those to be ground separately; then add cinnabar and musk, and grind again until uniform; mix the frankincense and Pinellia powder with ginger juice to form a thin paste, combine with the previous mixture to achieve the desired consistency, and shape into pills the size of a Paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use

Take 15–20 pills per dose, washed down with warm rice water after meals.
