Drug Formulation

Half a jin of He Shou Wu (place in an earthenware pot, steam with black beans for half a day; remove the beans, soak in fine wine for 7 days, sun-dry, then steam and soak again; repeat this process 7 times), 1 jin of Po Gu Zhi (washed with wine) (roast in an earthenware pot until yellow),2 liang of Huanlian juice (if juice is unavailable, Huanlian powder may be used instead), 2 liang of Sophora japonica seeds (ground into powder), and 2 liang of Hu Tong tears (i.e., Mu Lü, ground into powder).

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Pound together with 2 jin of date pulp and half a jin of walnut kernels to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use

Take 50 pills per dose on an empty stomach with salted water. Continue treatment for 3 months without missing a single day.
