Processing

Separately, take high-quality aged wine lees; extract 2 zhan of lees oil, or use 1 bowl of rice vinegar mixed with the aged lees, strain through fine silk to obtain 2 zhan of liquid, and simmer together with the gelatin, scallions, and ginger juice until it becomes a paste.
