Drug Formulation

8 liang of Prepared Rehmannia (roasted over low heat until dry), 3 liang of Peony Bark (stir-fried with wine), 4 liang of Cornus Fruit (pitted; steamed with wine, sun-dried, then stir-fried), 3 liang of Poria (roasted), 4 liang of Chinese Yam (stir-fried until golden),Alisma 3 liang (mixed with light salt and wine, sun-dried, then stir-fried), Euryale seed (pitted) 6 liang (stir-fried), Cuscuta seed (soaked in wine, sun-dried, stir-fried, and ground into a fine powder separately) 4 liang (do not allow it to release its fumes when added to the formula).
