Take 3 qian per dose, mixed with rock sugar on an empty stomach in the morning. Do not eat rice, lest the worm’s head move inward; wait until abdominal pain occurs, and the worm will be expelled. Subsequently, induce expulsion with fish jelly; after 2–3 more expulsions of worms, stop the process by consuming congee and soup. If treating a mass, take it with aged wine; the mass will descend and dissolve immediately, without the need for whole worms or similar agents.
