Instructions for Use

Coarsely chop the pine needles. Boil them in 4 shi of water until reduced to 4 dou 9 sheng; use this to brew 5 dou of rice according to standard methods. Separately boil the pine needle decoction, then soak the rice in it and steam the rice. Seal the jar with clay; after 7 days, when fermentation has occurred, strain the liquid. Drink it until intoxicated.
