Red-bud Euphorbia 3 liang 5 qian, Thousand-Gold Seed (oil removed, residue cleaned) 2 liang 4 qian, Grass Placenta 3 liang 2 qian (powder removed), Cinnabar (finely sifted) 4 liang, Refined Realgar 4 liang, Hairy Arrowhead (peeled, cleaned, and sliced) 4 liang, Gallnut 3 liang 5 qian (also known as Wenha), Musk (pure meat) 3 qian.

Processing
Grind each of the above ingredients into a fine powder; add 2 qian of borneol and grind together into an extremely fine powder. Mix thoroughly with small glutinous rice balls that have been pounded into a paste, then mold into tablets.

For malaria caused by miasma and summer heat, cholera with abdominal pain, stroke with excessive phlegm, throat obstruction and bulging eyes, unexplained boils and swellings, bloody or white diarrhea, and infantile convulsions.
Instructions for Use
For mountain mists and miasma, exposure to filth during summer heat, or contact with filth on an empty stomach, chew a small amount; this will prevent pathogenic toxins from invading. For intestinal colic and abdominal pain, or cholera with vomiting and diarrhea, grind with ginger soup and take orally. For stroke with sudden collapse, loss of consciousness, excessive phlegm, and locked jaws, grind with ginger soup and take orally.For a blocked throat or laryngeal spasm, grind it with peppermint tea and take orally; for bloating and dysphagia, grind it with barley malt tea and take orally; for poisoning by witchcraft or various medicinal toxins, or from consuming pufferfish, harmful fungi, or the meat of dead animals, grind it with boiling water and take orally; vomiting and diarrhea will follow, and the condition will be resolved; for boils and abscesses on the back, unexplained carbuncles, and all malignant toxins and sores, grind it with alcohol without ash and take orally to induce sweating, then grind it with cool water and apply to the affected area;For all types of malaria, grind with warm wine and take orally; for all injuries caused by snakes, scorpions, rabid dogs, and poisonous insects, grind with alcohol without ash and take orally, then grind with cold water and apply to the affected area; for poisoning by both yin and yang toxins, accompanied by delirium, restlessness, and agitation, grind with cold water and take orally;For white dysentery, grind with ginger broth and take orally; for red dysentery, grind with cold water and take orally; for children with excessive phlegm and saliva, or acute or chronic convulsions, grind with peppermint broth and take orally; when worn on the body at all times, it can dispel pathogenic factors and ward off impurities.
Note
Contraindicated for patients with already ruptured boils or abscesses, as well as for pregnant women.
