Drug Formulation

1 liang of Gentiana root, 1 liang of Han Fangji, 1 liang of rhubarb (lightly roasted), 1 liang of Schizonepeta spikelets, 1 liang of red peony root, 1 liang of Angelica sinensis (washed and dried), 1 liang of licorice (roasted), 1 liang of Saposhnikovia root (with root tip removed), half a liang of Gardenia seed, and half a liang of Chuanxiong.

Instructions for Use

Coarsely crush the ingredients. For each dose, take 4 qian of the mixture, add 1 zhan of water and a piece of rock sugar the size of a marble, and decoct together until the liquid is reduced to 7 fen. Strain out the residue and take warm after meals.
