Drug Formulation

1 jin of Atractylodes macrocephala (knots removed), 4 liang of Paeonia lactiflora (roasted), 4 liang of Glehnia littoralis, 4 liang of Poria cocos, 4 liang of Citrus reticulata, 3 liang of Moutan bark, and 2 liang of Angelica sinensis root.

Processing

Place all ingredients in a sand-fired pot, decoct with well water, strain out the residue, and reduce to a pearl-like consistency. Then add 1 jin of high-quality honey, boil together until it comes to a rolling boil several times, and transfer to a porcelain container for storage and use.
